Legal
Accessibilitystatement.
We want everyone to be able to read and use this website. If something stops you, tell us.
Our aim
We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is a goal. We have not had the website independently audited, and we do not claim that it conforms.
What we have done
- Keyboard use. A skip link takes you past the menu, and every link, button, form field and menu can be reached and used with a keyboard.
- Visible focus. The element you are on is always marked, so you can see where you are.
- Reduced motion. The website has animated scenes. If your device is set to reduce motion, each scene is drawn once and then held still.
- Hidden decoration. The animations are decorative. They are hidden from assistive technology, and no information appears only inside them. Everything they illustrate is also written in the text.
- Text alternatives. Controls carry text labels. Form fields have visible labels, and status messages are announced by screen readers.
- Colour contrast. We chose text and background colours to give enough contrast, in both the dark and light sections. We do not use colour alone to carry meaning.
- Structure. Pages use headings in order, landmarks and descriptive link text, and the long legal pages carry a contents list.
- Zoom and small screens. Text can be enlarged, and pages reflow on narrow screens.
Known limits
- We have tested with a limited set of browsers and assistive technologies, and some combinations may behave differently.
- Some contrast and focus details may fall short in places we have not yet found.
- Documents we provide on request, such as the full data processing addendum, may not yet be available in an accessible format. Ask, and we will supply one.
- Links from this website to other websites lead to pages we do not control.
